Frank downloaded a 5 disc set of pole dancing for...
It’s called “the art of pole” and this woman goes over everything step by step and then repeats it like 5 times. The first disc are things I already know but I’m totally gonna go over them tonight. I can’t wait to be a pole dancing princess in a few months.
My goal is to get I shape and lose some weight by June or July and then doing a baking pin up shoot. :)

This change also happens in the anime, but it’s MUCH less dramatic; she only grows a few inches.
